IMMP-BC is open to Indigenous midwifery students, new graduates, early-career midwives, and experienced midwives in British Columbia. Whether you are looking for guidance or ready to support someone else, there is a role for you here.
Below you will find two forms. One is for mentees and one is for mentors. Each form includes a few questions to help us understand who you are and what kind of connection you are hoping for. Once we receive your form, we will follow up with next steps to help you begin your mentorship journey.
Join as a Mentee
If you are a student, new graduate, or early-career Indigenous midwife in BC, this is a space to receive support, connection, and guidance. You’ll have the opportunity to choose a mentor whose values, experiences, and approach align with your own.
Join as a Mentor
If you are an experienced Indigenous midwife, your knowledge and presence are deeply valued. This is a chance to walk alongside a new midwife, share your experiences, and support the future of Indigenous midwifery in a way that reflects your own strengths and capacity.
